Wallet Size Maps

We offer two styles of maps for our clients.  Either is a great tool to provide out-of-town visitors and guests so they can find their way around.  Not only do these handy maps provide an easily accessible way to get around a new city, but they also are a great opportunity to include important information such as hotel information, meeting agendas, sponsor messages, directions to the event, etc.

Wallet Size Maps are folded to an approximate wallet size / credit card sized item and then unfolds to an 8 1/2 x 11 (standard paper size) to reveal the overall map.

These handy products can be used as an insert in the key folder, or given out on their own.  They can include information about the hotel grounds, or just a convenient way to get around the local city.

Integrated Key Sleeve / Informational Sheet

This innovative product provides a place to hold the key, along with a sheet to include either a map of the city, a property map, or vital informationZcard2 about the area and property.

This is a great way to save money by combining several of your collateral pieces: Key sleeves and property information / area information.

Biz Tip #2: Maps are a great way to give guests easy-to-use navigation guides, while also helping to brand and advertise the hotel.

Access Marketing offers two primary types of maps: one a map that folds to the approximate size of a key card and that can easily fit into pockets and wallets and another that integrates the key sleeve along with a fold-out map. We can provide a variety of cities, as well as the graphical assistance to make these into valuable tools.

Both of these styles are great way to inexpensively give your guests a means to navigate around the local area.  This can include maps of the local area, local transportation routes (buses, subways, etc), and the grounds of the hotel.  Since the maps don’t cover all the available space, these become valuable tools for conveying additional hotel information.  Rather than printing that information on in-room literature that the guests may never see, the maps will be used and used often.
