Along with hotel key cards and hotel key folders/key sleeves, Access Marketing also provides a variety of other products that our hotel customers need to manage and run the hotel.  Pretty much anything you need that is printed on paper or plastic, we provide!  As with all of our products, we offer our graphical assistance to ensure you get the look you desire.  Some of these products include:

Door Hangers, Conservation Signs, Etc.

We provide a variety of Privacy and Do Not Disturb signs, “request service” signs.  We have versions that insert into the door locks, as well as ones that hang from the door.  We can do custom versions and have some generic versions as well.

Along with these, we also offer “conserve water” signs (ex. “don’t change the sheets” or “hang towels to show you don’t need them cleaned”) and any other message you may need your guest to see.

Cleaning Cards:

To go along with our key cards, we also offer the cards to clean your lock systems.  It is recommended to clean exterior door locks once per month and interior doors once per quarter.  This process helps to remove dirt and body oils from the lock card reader. These are also used to clean encoders, which should be cleaned weekly.

Front Desk & Name Badges and Tags:

Many employees where name badges, so hotel guests learn to know them by name.  We have a variety of name badge styles to choose from.

Gift Cards:

We work with a variety of gift card systems and add new ones everyday.  These are very similar to our custom key cards and thus we have a great deal of experience in producing gift cards.

In-Room Signage (plastic & paper)

There are so many pieces of collateral that go in a guest room and as long as you need it on paper or in plastic, we can help.  This can include a listing of television stations, no smoking signs, important hotel and external phone numbers, mini-bar inventory sheets, and many, many others!

Pens and Stationary products

We offer a variety of styles of pens for the front desk, as well as guest rooms.  We also offer business cards, envelopes, and stationary pads.  All come in a variety of options – please let us know your needs, so we can provide a solution that meets your needs.
