Access Marketing has recognized the needs of the hotel industry to “go green” and to consider our environment.  As a result we have been focused on offering many of our products using recycled, or other environmentally friendly materials.  Within our offices, we also do our best to avoid printing where possible, to try to recycle and generally doing our part for the betterment of the environment.

We continue to research in area of ecologically friendly products and have a host of products we are proud to offer that will enhance the environment.  These include our key cards which are made fromrecycled plastic.  We can also offer some other types of materials on customer request, but have found the recycled plastic to be the best alternative on the market.  It combines guest friendliness and usability with environmental consciousness.

We also offer our key folders using a variety of recycled content depending on our customer’s desire to use green products.  This ranges from 30% to 100% recycled material and carry FSC-certified stocks and have been since Spring 2006.  We follow the FSC’s rigid standards which demonstrates our commitment to sound forestry practices.

In addition to the paper stocks we carry, we also print many of our folders and sleeves using a vegetable-based ink series that consists of 51% sustainable materials including vegetable oils and modified rosins.  These inks are also formulated with organic materials that do not contain any animal-based byproducts. The overall volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are less than 1%.  We also offer a hybrid UV-cured ink that contains no vegetable oils and is dried (cured) with UV energy. UV inks do not contain any volatile organic compounds (VOC) making them a very green choice.  We are happy to review the trade-off of cost versus recycled content.

Finally, we offer recycled content pens and other in-room signage.
